Nourish Natural Foods began with the vision of creating nutritious meals for busy people that help clean up the mess of the standard American diet. Our recipes are designed by nutritionists and natural food chefs who have done all of the work for you in creating clean, wholesome meals made from REAL food. We find that rather than following the newest food or diet trend, eliminating the most common food sensitivities such as gluten, dairy and refined sugar, filling your plate up with as many plants as possible, and increasing the quality of the food you eat, you can create sustainable and long-lasting changes to your health and your life. Haley Peck Manikowski

Owner and Head Chef of Nourish Natural Foods, LLC. Master of Nutrition and Integrative Health (M.S.), & Natural Foods Chef

Haley Peck is a Certified Natural Foods chef and Nutritionist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Health from Syracuse University and went on to earn a Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. After discovering huge impacts of her diet on her own mental and physical health, she decided to improve her education in the kitchen and completed the Natural Foods Chef program at Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO. This lead her to embrace her passion for cooking people wholesome and healing foods. She has been serving her clients providing delicious and nutritious meals for the past four years.  

Haley has spent time experimenting and perfecting healthier versions of her favorite recipes using wholesome and clean ingredients. Whether it be a nourishing grain bowl, a healthier twist on your classic lasagna, or a veggie packed asian fusion dish, she has found that there are endless ways to satisfy all cravings while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Haley has helped several individuals and families get their healthy habits back on track by removing all of the stress from meal prepping and planning.
